On Nov. 28 at Hersheypark Stadium, St. Joseph`s Prep largely frolicked while beating Central York, 62-13, to capture its third consecutive state championship and sixth over eight years. The Hawks were led by sr. QB Kyle McCord, sr. WR Marvin Harrison and jr. K Antonio Chadha. McCord passed 21-for-28 for 336 yards and four TDs and finished with city career passing records for yards (6,887) and TDs (88). Like always, one of his prime targets was Harrison, who turned three catches into 73 yards and two TDs. He departed with city career marks for yards with 2,624 and TDs with 37. Chadha, meanwhile, hammered two field goals and eight PAT through the uprights, and those 14 points enabled him to tie the city game record. Noble House (rushes) and Malik Cooper (catch, punt return) added two scores apiece. David Watson and Zavier Atkins halved 12 tackles, Nick Yagodich had two sacks and Atkins returned an interception 28 yards.
